The Path To Overcast Creek

The Path To Overcast Creek is a unique wild horse rpg set in a remote area, seemingly in the middle of nowhere. An ancient creek that snakes through the land is said to be cursed, and some horses that make their homes in the territories around it fear for their lives.

Long ago, when the first horses settled in the land now known as Overcast, a white wolf appeared to them and foretold a prophecy that would change their lives forever.

Overcast Creek lives up to it's name, for the rain pours down heavily in the summer, and snow piles high over the iced stream in the winter. Rarely do the clouds clear to show blue sky, and rarely do the horses forget why they have been plagued with the rain.

In addition to the strange weather patterns, Ghost Horses, said to be minions controlled by the Wolf Witch herself, roam the lands, interacting with the horses and appearing when they're least expected. Some ghosts are kind and seemingly friendly, and others are evil and greedy.

Some horses fear these ghosts, and worship them like gods so they may spare their lives. Others despise these Worshipers, and hunt them down so the ghosts may have no reason to haunt the land anymore.

The Hunters and the Worshipers are two clandestine groups hidden within the one herd that resides in the Overcast territory. They've gone beyond the point of reasoning with each other, and both groups seek to wipe out the other for the sake of the herd.

So, now it's up to you. Who's side are you on?
